SERIOUSLY!!! I really want to know if ‘you’ are an atheist! Atheism perplexes my mind…my heart…my soul…my entire being! Look, I’ve been a worldly woman for much of my life and I’m well aware of how some sins can APPEAR fun and appealing! I know a thing or two about temptation and how easy it is to falter time and again. Most, if not all, should be privy to such information…everyone should also be well aware that (and I’ve said this A LOT lately) THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE TRUTH! Are you sure you wanna chance going up against OUR CREATOR with a nonsensical equation that never has/doesn’t/never will add up correctly?!?!? BIG BANG?!?!? Who are you trying to kid?!?!?
You’re really going to look outside with one breath and tell me with the next breath that some impulsive happenstance of a collision of astronomical proportions created EVERYTHING from the basic (yet necessary) concept of the food chain to the miraculous wonders of biology and reproduction and everything else in between?!?!? You’re going to tell me that with two particles, force, and a loud noise, we were just automagically made into one big ‘happy’ life sustaining planet full of a bunch of creative people that have an imaginary friend named Jesus?!?!? YOU’LL BELIEVE THAT WITH ONE BIG BOOM WE HAD LAND, SEA, LIGHT, DARK, TIME, ANIMALS, INSECTS, HUMANS, BIRDS, SEA CREATURES, BREATH, LIFE, DEATH, FAMILY, FRIENDS, ENEMIES, WARS, LAUGHTER, BLESSINGS, TRAGEDIES, INTELLIGENCE, BEAUTY, FREE WILL, CHARACTER, IRONY, GOOD, BAD, CONSISTENT CYCLES, ETC., BUT YOU REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE UNSELFISHLY AND GRACIOUSLY SACRIFICED HIMSELF/HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO DIE SO SORROWFULLY TO CONQUER DEATH SO THAT THIS ONE MAN’S NAME AND BLOOD COULD SAVE ALL WHO CHOOSE TO BELIEVE AND OBEY?!?!? Wow, you’re so smart, I wish I could be more like you! Hold on while I run outside and bang some rocks together in hopes of making my own little world so I can get away from the ignorance that seeps from your very pores and orifices!!! I imagine that NOT believing in God is like a slap in the face, a stab in the back, a kick when one is down, etc! For God to create us in His image, love us unconditionally, give us free will to do as WE please, provide for all of our needs, bless us with so many various people/places/things that bring momentous amounts of joy, etc. and then His creation turns around and DENIES Him?!?!? You are spitting in your own Father’s face and whether you realize it or not, at the name of Jesus, ALL will bow down and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father!!! AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO ALTER THAT FACT!!! Whether it’s humility or humiliation that brings you to your knee is YOUR CHOICE!!!
I actually have TOO much to say on the subject, I’ve been awake all night, it’s 7am, and there’s no reason I can’t return later to rant about just how wrong ‘you’ are if you do NOT believe in THE ONE AND ONLY GOD…THE GREAT I AM…THE ALMIGHTY…THE ALPHA AND OMEGA…THE BEGINNING AND THE END…I AM THAT I AM…THE LORD OF LORDS…THE KING OF KINGS…THE CREATOR…OUR HEAVENLY FATHER…JESUS CHRIST!!! (etc.) You get the point. When I say you, it’s suppose to be implied that I’m directly questioning and making statements to the cowards of this universe who have no regard for their own souls and the souls of others, one way or another! The ones that wouldn’t know respect if it slapped them upside their heads like they so much deserve and more than likely need! I don’t claim to be righteous at all! I am as human as the rest and God is no respecter of persons…I sin like the rest and will be judged like the rest…what sets us all apart is FAITH! Who/what has yours?!?!? I don’t even believe in organized religion…for me, it’s all about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ…it doesn’t need a title/name! But what makes me sad most of all is how anyone with any ONE, SOME, or even all FIVE sensory systems of the human body could possibly deny our Maker, His Word, and ALL of His Works!!! There’s a proper term for such a grievous circumstance…it’s called PATHETIC!!!
Okay, ‘nough said for now! It’s now 8am, (I get a little too easily distracted) both of my gorgeous towheads (wonderful twin boys with which THE GOOD LORD blessed me!) are awake and demanding my attention and care! I’m thankful that I don’t have to feel the rejection from them that God feels from a lot of His ‘children’!!! God bless all of you…atheists too! Yes. I am one of the “yous’ you speak of. I do believe in evolution, or the big bang if you will. I am not starting a debate here so please don’t take it that way. I am not offended by your post or angry or anything. I just wanted to state my opinion, that is all. But I personally find it hard to believe that God created all of this. If he lived thousands of years ago how did all of this get here millions of years ago? I do believe in something, a higher power maybe but not God. I believe in Karma, I believe in being…that if you are a good person..good things will follow and vice versa. I believe that I don’t need an organization aka church to tell me how to be a good person, what is right and what is wrong, what to do and what not to do. I am a good person and I know this, when I go I know my soul will rest peacefully and might just come back as something great.

I really appreciate your graciousness…I was honestly expecting hostility…so, firstly, thank you! Secondly, I don’t have all the answers, I have only MY faith, MY beliefs, and MY opinions. I believe ALL the answers we need, as humans, are in The KJV Bible…we get/understand answers as we’re meant to…again, in my opinion. I truly believe that time is only a worldly concept, if you will, and when this Earth passes and Judgment Day has come and gone…the faithful that believed, obeyed, and have their name written in The Book of Life will receive their PROMISE of eternal life…thus, no more need for time. God is the beginning and the end…to me and Christians who truly believe God was made manifest to save the world from their sins. I’m not saying that atheists are bad people by nature…not in the least. I know many good people, but JUST being a good person is not holding up our end of the covenants between God and all mankind. I always agree with the motto “To each their own” especially because God DID give us all free will, but think of how much more special that love and belief in Him is when it comes from our hearts and not from coercion?!?!? I love my children to pieces, I’ll never be able to or even try to force them to love me, so when they give me a hug, kiss, or say “I love you” JUST BECAUSE, it melts my heart…that’s what we do for God when we just love and believe without all the questions. FAITH IS JUST BELIEVING…IT NEEDS NO PROOF!!! And lemme just tell you that I agree with you about organized religions/churches…I can’t stand ‘em! Religions start wars of all sorts…I do NOT believe in religion…I believe in personal relationships with Jesus!
You’re going to believe what you want to believe, but tell me there’s not something inside of you that fights with you constantly from a feeling that there’s SOMETHING missing?!?!? That’s why I feel people fill their time with gluttony, drugs, promiscuity, etc…because well ALL know something is missing, some of us just can’t/won’t come to terms with the fact that we’re missing JESUS dead center in our lives. Again, just my opinions! Thanks again for being decent in your response and I hope I’ve answered your questions…if not, I’m still here!
